We are delighted to be hosting this experiential workshop in the beautiful Anam Croi House, Westport, where together we will create a nourishing and deeply held space providing the opportunity for participants to ignite and develop self awareness, connection, confidence and creativity.
With the support of the voice and our beloved instruments including harmonium, flutes, drums and harp we will explore ancient practices such as chants and songs from different cultures, vocal practices and improvisation, Qi Gong, rhythm, dance and free movement.
Expressing ourselves in community in this way brings the opportunity to connect more deeply with ourselves and others, helping us find our place in the world.
